Really professional, excellent value and great level of service, and very clean and tidy. Our detailed Edwardian windows were a challenging lot, some were set in reveals, some not, some bays & doors.

The end result is 100% satisfaction and my only regret was not doing it 5 years ago, it took me over 5 years to find the company who could match my detailed window design as the house character would have changed.

Superb high quality windows. Look fantastic from the outside and even better from within. Installers had to overcome difficult dormers and tile hanging but coped well.

I am delighted, at the quality of the goods and of the installation by a very professional and efficient team of fitters (Tomas, Luke & Arnold). The removal of the old was a particularly challenging task. Everything was very accurately surveyed and fitted. Clearing away and making good afterwards was done promptly and properly. Altogether, the company has, from showroom visit to installation, been a pleasure to deal with. I completely unreservedly recommend Privett to anyone.

After shopping around for a number of quotes for replacement of our Victorian sash windows, we were impressed by the standard of windows being offered by Privett. After the windows were fitted earlier this month, we are very pleased with the end result. The windows themselves are excellent (we can finally open them, after many years of being unable to do so with the original 100 year old windows), but we are also pleased with the fitting and making good that the fitting team carried out. The team was very professional, extremely pleasant to work with and their attention to detail was outstanding with consultation on all aspects as they went along. Overall, an excellent outcome.

We have just had 2 bay windows and another 2 bedroom windows replaced with Privetts Acoustic spec windows and they are AMAZING! It Cuts out aircraft and train noise, and I can finally sleep through the night! Their team was polite, clean, efficient and hard working, Oh and friendly! I have no hesitation in recommending them not only to friends but also clients as I am a local Architectural Designer. And I cross checked their quote against another reputable company and they were considerably better value for money.This photo on the day they went in, they spent another 2 days making good, adding architraves etc. Leaving just some decoration for hubby to do around the edges. We recently had replacement and new timber windows for grand extension supplied & fitted by Privett Timber WIndows. We were on very tight schedule and had the extension windows delivered in just 7 weeks with replacement windows to follow in just 2 weeks after.
